2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (ICMAE2021) has been successfully held in the form of a new media on July 16-19. The General Assembly invited 5 famous experts to make a wonderful speech. There are 2 special sessions and 14 parallel parallel sessions. More than 120 participants in higher education institutions, research institutes,  teachers and students join together to have a depth discussion and communication in area of General Machinery Design and Engineering, Engine Design and Power Engineering, Space Power and Propulsion, Aircraft Structure Design and Manufacturing, Supersonic Technology and Aircraft, Aerospace Science and Engineering, Aircraft Flight Safety and Testing, Electronic Technology and Image Application, Applied Mechanics, Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, etc .

Conference chair Prof. Ian McAndrew delivered the opening remarks and the conference start.

The IEEE Fellow, Prof. Han-Xiong Li, from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong made the speech "Multi-scale Challenges in Intelligent Manufacturing",  Prof. Pasquale Daponte, from University of Sannio, Italy, made the speech "Sensors and Measurements for UAV Safety and Security", Prof. Antonio De Maio from University "Federico II" of Napoli, Italy, made the speech "Adaptive Digital Beamforming for Phased Array Radar", Prof. Konstantin Lukin from National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ukraine made the speech "Conceptual Design of Universal Non-Chemical Space Rocket Propulsor based on a Gas Ionization by Microwave Radiation", Prof. Ramesh K. Agarwal from Washington University in St. Louis, USA made the speech "Effect of Ice Accretion on Aerodynamic Performance of Airfoils/Wings ".
